% complete not publishing

Hi - new to the group but have been googling it for a bit and found
some great tips and help - hope you can help me on this one We are one
Project Server 2003 and have changed our task tracking from actuals to
% complete. When we publish projects the % complete does not seem to
update in PWA. Is there a switch I need to throw? I saw some
information on previous topics requesting you check Overwrite actual
work dentered by resources - I have done this when republishing and
have even done publish all information - nothing works. CAN YOU HELP?

Also have you ever seen a project plan display with the collapse
showing open but the project plan being collapsed - looks like this
Line 1 is a - Project plan
Line 3 is a - Core Team
Line 209 End Project
That is all that is viewed when the project is opened. Normally if the
project is collapsed the - would be a + sign.

We have used this product for about a year and I gotta say it has been
very, very frustrating every step of the way
