Team Services on same server as Autodesk Vault

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Has anyone ever had both of these programs sharing a server? We're
having trouble and I'm wondering if it's worth the fight. The problems
appear to be rooted in permissions. (Vault is on MS SQL Server and Team
Services was running the MSDE).
