Changing admin account with wich the portal was created

Hello

We installed SPS using the domain administrator account credentials, and now
we need to change that account. We would like to know what is the best and
safest proccedure to do it without losing any funcionality.

Our environment:
2 virtual servers.
The portal has been extended to those 2 virtual servers.
SQL Server which stores the databases.
