Frontpage server extention

Hey.
Does anyone know if it is possible to disable forntpage access to a
sharepoint server based on ip-adr. We run a hosting service for several
companies, and doesnt want our customers to access and edit the site in
frontpage. We only want to grant access to the developement team.
