    >From the root Administration site of STS, it is possible to terminate users
    subscriptions. Under the "Site Settings" option of the root STS site, you
    should be able to choose "Manage Web Subscriptions". This will allow an
    admin to view all subscriptions and delete them at his/her discression. The
    downside is that there is no way to default add/assign people through this
    view to subscriptions. That is self-driven by the user.
