It's probably not the best place (well almost certainly not the best place)
for Discussion Server questions as they really have nothing to do with STS.
Unfortunately I don't know where is - a Windows newsgroup or is it an IE
function ?
On the "anyone can delete a comment" - if you mean in discussion lists then
this isn't true - there are settings which make it possible that only the
person who wrote something can amend it (or delete it) - open the Discussion
list and go to Manage Settings etc. If you don't specify this - then yes
they can ...
