I suspect that you are not using SharePoint Team Services (this newsgroup)
but Windows SharePoint Services (newsgroup:
microsoft.public.sharepoint.windowsservices).

Before we look at this here in an STS context, could you please confirm that
it is SharePoint Team Services (v1.0 2001 runs in Windows 2K Server) you are
using and not Windows SharePoint Services (2003, runs in Win Server 2003).
