What upgrades do you mean. Surely you don't mean that you are trying to
install WSS on top of STS ?? There's no way that wil work.
Just in case that IS what you mean, then you should look at smigrate (see
WSS FAQ site / Useful Documents / MS Articles / Downloads). You need to
prepare your STS site in the way required by smigrate and then run that. You
then should install WSS on a separate server (see the WSS FAQ for how to do
that) and run smigrate there to get your STS stuff across.
