Parental formatting

I have an issue of my SharePoint sub sites having their text starting in in
the middle of the web part (for example a link web part, and the link text
all start in the middle of the web part. What do I need to change on my
default (aspx) in Designer 2007? I'm not sure what I did to change things. In
the .aspx default I have 3 zones, 1 top and two side by side below. The .aspx
looks fine in the browser, but the sub sites show formatting issues.

I've set everything (cell properties) to default, wouldn't think default
would be center). Not sure if this explains it very well.
