You may need to apply the service pack again. It looks like the database and code base are not the same version level.

while clicking the Configure Search Settings -->Content sources and crawl
schedules, and the Search Results for the content sources have been stopped
due to this problem.
The search database (SharedServices2_Search_DB) is running on sql express on
the same server. I'm not finding this stored procedure in this Database.
I really need a solution to this!
