* Highly desire experience with SSIS, but at the minimum, should have
experience creating DTS packages in order to quickly ramp-up on
SSIS.

* Should have thorough development experience with Web Services and
Middle-tier, and Winforms

* Should have good development experience with XML /XSLT.

* Should have some experience developing UI elements with ASP.NET

* Demonstrated ability to design and implement toolsets for enterprise
solutions

* Strong ability to implement Object Oriented solutions

* Writing secure code

* Team-based development experience

* Familiarity with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code
reviews, and other common development activities.

* Experience in n-tier architecture

* Passion to drive quality

* Thorough understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle


Plusses:

* SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) application design/development

* SQL 2005 Reporting Services

* Experience with MSBuild and build/deployment automation

* Experience with the MS internal security review process

* Experience with unit testing framework
