Lookup column only shows ID's

Hi all,

I have document library with which I want to create documents. I use
the quickparts function in Word to determine where I want to put the
value of each column. These documents should contain lookup values
from other list, but when I add a lookup column and I select one of
the values, the Word document only shows me the ID of the record, but
not the actual value. The actual value is visable in the drop down
list in the document properties.

I'm trying to get this to work for days now, but it doesn't seem to
work.

I use moss 2007 sp1 and word 2007 sp1.

When I open a new document and add a lookup column manually it does
work, but when the lookup column is defined in the template it only
returns the ID's.

Any help would be appriciated. Are other people experiencing the same
issue?

Regards,
Peter
