User profiles not syncing

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

OUr MOSS 2007 install is configured to do a full daily import, but for some
reason it is not pulling in some changes for the profiles, such as manager,
Title, etc. This screws up the organizational hierarchy as well as the other
My Site/My Profile dependencies. Where do I even start with this?
