Map file://servername/location/ to http:// does not work in SSP server map

We use sharepoint 2007 server in search project. We mapped the
file://[fileservername]/location to http:// in SSP server name
mapping. The files are located on a file server, we do have the read
access permission on it, but the search result did not show up as http://,
it still display as file://[servername]/location, what else
configuration I need to do except the SSP server mapping.
