Have you activated the Enterprise Feature as well?
-If no, then activate that feature and try to create the Site agin.

What name are you using for the site?

Hi and Help Please,

We are using SharePoint 2007 and MOS 2007 (i hope i put that
correctly).
I got the Office SharePoint Publishing Infrastructure feature
activated and when i try to create the Report Center site i can not
get to it. I have been able to create it but when i try to get into it
i get the generic error 'FIle Not Found'. Can anyone tell what could
be ceausing this issue and what to do to fix it, please?

Hi Daniel,

I am only using acronyms. the one i tried to use is 'por'. I have
asked but i don't know at this time as i'm am not the data clooection
owner.
