This error is often due to incorrect configuration of service accounts.

I noticed in my event log on my virtual server that is running windows 2003
server std. is filling up with the following error below.

I have not changed anything the only thing I can think of is that I was
trying to get excel services to work a few months ago and I never resolved
that issue but I don't know where to look other than the accounts i used for
the service which I thought should have admin rights but here is the error,
any help would be greatly appreciated.
