SPS 2003 Audience Compilation issue

Hey all,

I have 6 uncompiled audiences. When I click 'Start Compilation' it
starts and stops very quickly but the audiences are not getting
compiled.

Any suggestions?

I also tried running the AudienceJob manually on the server located
under the 'Scheduled Tasks' with no success?
