Failed to instantiate file "default.master" - when installing SharePoint Training Kit

All,

I am trying to install the SharePoint Training Kit - which worked fine
on my test server. However I get all the way through the process on
live and then get an error message when trying to create the site:

Failed to instantiate file "default.master" from module
"DefaultMasterPage": Source path "default.master" not found.

Any ideas?
