domain change and server name change... "Some or all identity references could not be translated. "

Hi,

I have change my MOSS 2007 server from 1 domain to another
and change the connection to the SQL database.
but bow when I try to access the central admin, and click "operation" or "application management", I receive this error:
"Some or all identity references could not be translated."

I try to migrate the users using stsadmn, but the same error is raised.

I try to uninstall the central admin, but this raise an error and doesn't remove the central admin from my server.

also I can't access my other sites, the user is not authorized (but I'm a local admin)

What can I do???

It's a dev server, so nothing critical, I just want to make sure that MOSS will works fine again...

Thanks.
Jerome.
