Check the web.config file under your web app. There is a setting under
system.web to change the file size upload limit. The UI version saves the
setting in the content db not the physical web.config under the
inetpub\wwwroot folder structure.

Hello. I just setup a single SharePoint 2007 server. Everything works
great except I can not upload files greater than 50 MB. When I do I get
this message "The form submission cannot be processed because it exceeded
the maximum length allowed by the Web administrator. Please resubmit the
form with less data." I went to Web Application General Settings and
changed the Maximum Upload Size to 2000 MB but it did not make a
difference. I am still getting the error message. Could someone please
help? Thanks.
