Sharepoint and Domain Migration

Hi

Currently I am running an NT4 Domain with Sharepoint Portal 2003, with one
front end web server and a clustered SQL back end.
I am in the process of Migrating all my users onto a new AD (2003) Domain,
this is a completely different name from the NT4.

My problem is therefore to make sure that users can accessthe portal with
their new accounts, is there any way of updating my Portal without having to
do it manually?

also will be migrating to Sharepoint 2007 as part of the migration project
but i planned to do this after the domain so access would remain.

any help would be much appreciated

many thanks
.
