MOSS 2007: blog template's preview text

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hi,

I can't seem to find option to show only preview of the post's
contents under its topic. By default whole post is shown under the
post title and clicking the title shows again the whole post and under
it comments and comment adding interface..Strange that this kind of
functionality isn't on by default or am I missing something?
