MOSS and 'Topics'

Hi,

We currently use SP2003 and I am testing MOSS. We will be doing a
straight install of MOSS rather than a SP2003 upgrade.

In SP2003 we use the Topics section. In this, we have perhaps 30
different subareas with some having Active Directory security on the
subarea so it is only visible to certain groups. This works well for
us...however when I look at MOSS I can not see anything like this.

What I am looking for is a similar easy way to add subareas that can
be visible or invisible based on security but are all in one page.

Is there a Topics section available in MOSS or some similar webpart.
