\viewkind4\uc1\pard\f0\fs20 Hi Lem,
\par
\par I am sorry to inform you that there is no idea solution to this issue so far. Our product team has been working on this known issue currently and the fix will be worked out soon.
\par
\par I know either of the workarounds provided has some side effects and is convenient to implement. I apologize for the inconvenience it might cause.
\par
\par As for workaround 1, the side effect is that you will lose the ability to use the WebDAV folder such as opening document library in Explorer View.
\par
\par As for workaround 2, the side effect is that you will be unable to access some website until you add the URL of this website to the Local Intranet security zone.
\par
\par To be frank, the workaround 2 is more feasible and I personally suggest we choose this one.
\par
\par If there is anything unclear, please feel free to let me know.
\par
\par Thanks & Regards,
\par Alex Xie

\par Alex,
\par
\par Both methods worked with some known disadvantages to the first method (Have
\par to input every single site I visit into the trusted sites list)
\par
\par I went with the second method because I am not sure when I will need that
\par webclient service and have no clue as to what problems will be created by
\par turning this service off.
\par
\par one other note, without using any of the suggestions I noticed I can hit the
\par cancel button when it requests the login information and the document will
\par load.
\par
\par 2 questions:
\par
\par 1. Using method 2 what will be the side effects of turning this service off
\par - Im almost certain it will affect something adversely or create another
\par problem.
\par
\par 2. Is there a fix/patch in the works for this problem?
\par
\par Thanks for your help and suggestions with resolving this problem.
