MOSS and move SQL database

I have seen several variations of this question, but not this exact senario.

I have MOSS and the SQL express database on the same server. I have a seperate SQL 2005 server ready to go. I need to move the database over to 2005. I have a complete backup of the entire farm (all on one machine) running every night. Since the original machine is the express edition, it doesn't have all the SQL tools.

Does anyone have some insight as to the best way to do this?
