Are you running native mode (i.e. Reporting Services is hosting the
reports itself)?

If so, you'll need to just specify the local server name as the root
(http://mysite/ReportServer) then append the relative path to the
directory.

I've had better luck hosting reports at the root level instead of
nested in directories.
