System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: HRESULT: 0x80070003

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

This is a standalone installation and it worked on the first
installation. I uninstalled WSS3 rebooted and reinstalled it to a
different partition.
When I run the SharePoint Products and Technologies Configuration
Wizard I get an unhandled exception with the following details. I'm
not sure what to do about it.
