My site Customization in MOSS 2007

Dear All,
Plz help me in finding the solution for customizing My Sites for other
users. I want to apply a customized template to all my sites which
should come as default as soon as the user logs in.... Even i am not
able to find default master .aspx for my sites...
It wud b a gr8 help for me!!!!!!!!!!1
