If you have an IBM ID, you can DL the toolkit here:
https://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/iwm/web/preLogin.do?pkgid=&S_SRCID=ESD-SUPPORT&source=ESD-SUPPORT&S_TACT=104CBW71&S_CMP=&S_PKG=CR3DNNA&s=<ype=input&l=English+International&mtype=input&m=download&id=2006-09-14+09%3A05%3A38.440682R&fam=&cat=
It seems that this dll must be present with software developped for
Lotus. If you find such software (freeware for example), it will also
have this dll.

Thanks Mathieu. By the way, do you know where I can download Lotus C++ API
Toolkits 2.4, there is Lcppn24.dll required to crawl LN database, and this
file is inside this Toolkits. But it seems the download URL on IBM site is no
longer valid and there is nowhere for me to download this file.

hello,
SSO should be ok if you are using the Lotus Single Logon services (and
having the same password on both windows and lotus). I think this is
the only option as it's the client which open directly the link (not
going through SPS).
I found this useful articles on indexing Lotus notes databases from
SPS:

Hi,
I have a few questions on SharePoint 2003 search on Lotus Notes:
1. ACL: Will SharePoint search result page conform to LN security control.
For example users who don't have rights will not see the item in the result
list.
2. SSO: Will the search result link SSO to the respective LN item without
prompting user for login.
Appreciate if anybody can give detailed info on Lotus Notes indexing and
searching.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks
