Missing KPI Lists?

I don't have the "KPI List" option available when I try to create a new
list in MOSS2007. I used the slipstream method of installing MOSS 2007
with B2TR (not sure if this has anything to do with the issue).

What is required in order to have access to create KPI lists?

Also, not sure if this was caused by the B2TR, but I no longer have the
"Report Center" site template available when I create new sites.

One final note, again not sure if it's relevant, but I can't seem to
find where to enable / start Excel Calculation Services. All of my
documentation says that it should be listed on the Central Admin >
Operations > Services on Server page, but it's not there. Also may be
due to B2TR? I don't necessarily want to use Excel Services, but only
mention it here in case it's required for KPIs.

My (Virtual PC) system is built upon Windows Server 2003 R2 and SQL
Server 2005. I also tried installing SQL Analysis Services, then
re-running the SharePoint Configuration Wizard, in case this was a
prerequisite. Seemed to have no effect.

Thanks!
