Looking for Document Management and Workflow solution

We have Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 installation and are looking for
a Document Management and Workflow solution.

The main features we wish to have are :-
1. Document workflow having multiple approval levels
2. Ability to have several workflows in 1 document library
3. Document, Folder and Document Library level user access
4. A client installation so that users can upload documents through
this client, rather than having to open the portal and upload each and
every document to the respective document library. --- this feature is
available in IBM products
