The problem I have is, I need to be able to check a document out make
changes and check back in with comments creating a new version.

But I have rev 1 (time stamp 20/06/2006)
I then check this document out.
When I check the document back in (or save) it changes the time stamp
of revision 1 to the current time (22/06/2006). It also creates a rev 2
as expected with the current time when you check the document in.

This is causing me a major problem and is preventing me from upgrading
from 2001 to 2003. So if there is something i am missing to stop the
previous rev time being changed it would be a major headache resloved
for me.
