If you have SPS 2003 installed, you already have WSS 2.0 ....

The next question is whether you mean ASP.NET 2.0 or .NET Framework 2.0.

SPS 2003 will not work with ASP.NET 2.0 but it will work with .NET Framework
2.0.

If you do install ASP.NET 2.0 you'll have to make sure that SPS 2003 is
still using ASP.NET 1.1

I have a SQL database utility I want to install on a server that hosts the
Sharepoint Portal Server 2003, but it requires .NET 2.0 and WSS 2. What
