Restore Portal Sites Problem

Hi ,
I am working in Company that has use Aharepoint portal site 2003 , and
I try to Restore Buckup's of Portal sites that I made before on
anthoer PC , which is configured to work in Advanced search mode .
but the process of restore Index type was failed and the Error reported
in log file said:
The current system locale is different from the system locale in the
backup image .
is there any Idea to solve this problem .
