Progress Bar

I have a task list for keeping track of my projects.

This list will be viewed by my executive manager. I'd like to make it a
little visually appealing so that at a glance he can see progress.

I'd like to be able to display in the list a small Progress Bar for
representing % Complete.

Can anyone point me to any information on how to get started?

Thanks!
