Documents that are attached to e-mail messages are not added to an
e-mail-enabled document library in Windows SharePoint Services
The error message there is not quite the same and the UrlScan tool is to
blame. You might check to see if you are using that.
If that doesn't work, then there are lots of other leads to chase down
from the Google results set. If that doesn't lead to success, then a
support call to PSST is indicated.
