Breadcrumb Trail Webpart acting weird

Hi,

I've added a Breadcrumb trail webpart to several pages on our SPS 2003 site. On the pages I've added it, it seems to add the site name twice at the beginning of the trail (Left to right).

The initial site name was "Inside Company & Company" and then this was changed to "Mentor". Both links take you to the root/home page. I don't want it to do this - I just want to see i.e. "Mentor > LegalKnowledge". Instead I see:

Inside Company & Company > Mentor > LegalKnowledge

Any ideas?
