Getting the names of Sites and Workspaces into Webpart.

Hi,

I'm currently working on a webpart in visual studio 2003 for a
sharepoint system. I was wondering how to go about and showing the
names of all the sites and workspaces inside a textbox or on a panel or
something similar like that. Just as an overview to see what sites
there are in the sharepoint. Hope this is clear, if not, you can always
ask for some more info.
