SPS - Column values from another list

Hi,

I've got a SPS list, which contains a lot of columns, some of them are choices. I wouldn't like to fix the values of the choices, but I'd like to get them from another list (from a corresponding column of that list).
For example the main list stores persons, and I'd like to choose his/her workspace from the list. Of course, I'd like to store a list named Workspaces.
Could I manage it somehow?

Another question: I'd like to connect some columns with each other. For example in a choice I can choose the workspace, and another choice show me the buildings of this workspace. If I choose another workspace, the builing-choise is changing too.
