Outlook Task Integration

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I know it appears there's no easy way to integrate sharepoint tasks
with outlook tasks:
ie
creating tasks in sharepoint and having them created in outlook
and synchronizing updates between a task updated in outlook and a task
updated in sharepoint.

But has anyone implemented a solution to do this?
Is it possible to create a custom Web Part to do this or maybe using
Biztalk?
