Hi,

whenever i try to send an image file (or even try to download it) from
the sharepoint server. i get the following err

"PICTURE MANAGER IS UNABLE TO OPEN PICTURES OVER THE INTERNET THAT ARE
NOT FROM A WINDOWS SHAREPOINT PICTURE LIBRARY. PLEASE SPECIFY A VALID
PICTURE LIBRARY AND TRY AGAIN"

any idea as the why does this happen?
