Logon to the Exchange 2003 server, open C:\Program
Files\Exchsrvr\exchweb\6.5.6944.0\controls, make a copy of vw_Calendar.js,
then open vw_Calendar.js, and take out the following: m_eCalViewer.focus();
save and close vw_Calendar.js.
