Windows Messanger Configuration

Hi All,

I want to incorporate windows messanger feature on sharepoint portal.
Do i need to do some additional config... Sharepoint portal is
installed and now i have installed windows messanger 5.1. Although i
have logged in. But portal fails to identify me as online. But some
users are online. SIP Communication

Any clue, where i am going wrong.
