configuring MyInbox, MyCalendar & MyTasks on the MySite of every user

Does somebody knows how I can make changes to webparts (bv. MyInbox) to
change for example the mailboxname of every user before they have
created their My Site ?

If I do this with .NET code: I can't refer to MySite's of other users
by using following link
http://server/personal/<user>
I can only make changes to MySite via following link:
http://server/MySite
(in other words: for the current user only !)

How can I make changes to other MySite websites (from other users) and
also configuring webpart properties to configure Exchange ?


I am desperate. Please provide me an answer !
