Extracting Docs from the SPS DB

Hi All,

Sorry I am not very SQL savy and I have an SPS install I just inherited
from a new job. Problem is we want to be sure we get all the docs from
the content DB (the docs table I think) before we do anything that may
jeopardize the server.
Any advice?
