THE DATABASE SCHEMA IS TOO OLD TO PERFORM THIS OPERATION IN THIS
SHAREPOINT CLUSTER. PLEASE UPGRADE THE DATABASE AND TRY AGAIN.

Click on IT-Professionals Download the update (KB887981)
Step by Step:
1) Install IIS 6.0
2) Install SQL 2K with SP3a
3) Install SPS2003
4) Install WSS - SP1
(OPTIONAL if your Production Server has SPS - SP1 then Install SPS -
SP1 aslo on Test Server)
5) Install HOTFIX
6) Restart system
7) Restore the backup
SUCCESS!.
