\par It seems that there is a place to configure the account used to log in to the SharePoint server as described in the below article. The account needs to be an administrator on the SharePoint Server.

\par We are having problems when we try to make a backup throught Veritas Backup
\par Exec v.10 and Remote SharePoint Agent. The agent shows the SPS components
\par but is imposible to check them because of "Logon failure" or "Incorrect
\par credentials". All settings and access have been made using domain
