System Status?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

This has to be a popular question, but a search in google did not give me an
answer.

I was taking a look at Top 10 Benefits of SharePoint Portal Server 2003 on
http://www.microsoft.com/office/sharepoint/prodinfo/topten.mspx
when I noticed that the first entry's image had a section called System
Status that had the staus of several systems. Is this a web part that I can
use?
