Shane a top ten view would show the top ten issues handled by the help
desk. The list it's self would have to be able to track the number of
times an issue appeared in the Issue field in the list.
My assumption, and it's only an assumption, is that as the back end of
the list is in SQL that it would be posible to count the number of
occurances in any field.
Is this at all posible or am I totaly in left field.
