I should have been more specific in my original posting. Your suggestion
would be very helpful if we were dealing with a smaller number of documents.
Unfortunately we have several thousand documents in this library. We only
need to print a few dozen at a time based on client requests. Using Explorer
View to find the few that need to be printed(the needle) in the midst of the
entire library (the haystack) is quite a challenge.
We have defined a column in the library setup that allows us to assign each
document to its proper print group and we can filter on that column to
display only those documents that need to be printed but, as soon as I click
on 'Explorer View', the filtered subset goes away and I am presented with the
same bewildering array of umpteen thousand documents and finding the few we
need manually is impractical. Any other suggestions that will allow us to
print just those documents selected by the filter?
